Boost arm
Vacuum boost arm machine is a kind of vacuum adsorption and vacuum lifting principle to achieve rapid handling equipment.
Lifting load: handling weight is 50kg in horizontal state;
Safety factor of equipment: 1:1.5 (comply with European CE related safety regulations on lifting equipment, and safety regulations in the UVV18 and VBG 9a of the Accident Prevention Regulations);
Lifting height: 1700mm;
Handling speed: initially depending on the proficiency of the operator, after one week of operation, the operation speed can reach 5-8 times per minute;
Noise index: not higher than 75 db (measured without sound insulation cover);
Power off protection: when power off in the plant, the less rotary joint above the pipe (internal check valve) will work, disconnect the outside air to guarantee a period of vacuum pressure, products will slowly land from the air to the ground, remove the workpiece again;
Control mode: manual operation. The lifting is done by the trachea, horizontal movement requires manual labor-saving pulling, the force ratio is 1:100, 100kg of a product can be moved with only 1kg of force.
