Column lifting hopper mixer
The column lifting hopper mixer is formed of column, machine base, rotation crotch, driving ,braking,
controlling system ect. Pushing the hopper into the rotation crotch and lock the cap nuts. Start the
controlling system to lift the hopper to the height of mixture and fix position. The driving system will
be mixing as per setting time and rotation speed. The rotation crotch will be stopped vertically after
finishing mixture. The hopper will be dropped down to the ground and stopped, print the data. Loosen
the cap nuts and push off the hopper to next process.
1.Total machine is with reasonable construct; performance stable; operation convenient. Without any leakage angle,no exposed bolts.
2.The mixing bin is with angle of 30°to the rotation axis; The mixing materials are stirring with the rotation bin , also flow tangential along the bin wall, reversal
forceful and high speed tangential rotation in order to the best mixture effect.
3.Apply PLC automatic controlling system, installing ultrared rays safty device and the discharing valve of anti-mal operation device, be sure the safty production.
