2. The rotary body (hybrid hopper) has a 30° Angle with the rotary axis. The material in the hybrid hopper turns with the rotary body, and at the same time moves entially along the bucket wall, producing strong turnover and high speed tangential motion, so as to achieve a good mixing effect.
3. Adopt plc fully automatic control, and set up the infrared safety device and the anti-error operation device of the discharge butterfly valve, to ensure the production safety.
4. Materials can pass through different processes in the same container, without frequent material transfer, feeding and other procedures. Effectively control the dust and cross pollution, reduce the loss of materials, control the stratification of materials, optimize the production process, fully meet the GMP requirements of medicine production.
